TOWNSEND — Chief James Sartell is pleased to report that the Townsend Police Department is hosting a sensory-friendly open house at the police station so those on the autism spectrum can have a chance to meet Townsend Police officers in a comfortable environment.

WHEN:

Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

WHERE:

Townsend Police Department, 70 Brookline St.

WHAT:

In recognition of Autism Acceptance Month, Townsend Police will host sensory-friendly tours of the police station for those who live on the autism spectrum.
